This is a list of things to watch besides the show it's self that the writers consider part of the story. You don't need this extra stuff but I found watching everything to be satisfying. Sadly I did this...

3. Alvar Hanso/Dharma/Numbers video - This was part of "the lost experience" between seasons 2 and 3. While the lost experience it's self is not part of the story. Producers have confirmed that the 1st part of this video with Hanso and Dharma and Numbers is. The 2nd part of the video with the girl hiding with the camera don't watch. Just the 1st 4mins/ hanso portion matters with the show...

4. Watch Season 3

5. Lost: Missing Pieces - These are minisodes that provide small bits of new info on events for seasons 1-3. They are in the bonus features of season 4 dvd. Watch these before season 4. Some are pointless but still fun. They were mainly made because Michael was coming back to the show and they wanted to somehow feature more with him along with more of what Juliet was doing during seasons 1 and 2. 7. Orchid Orientation film outtake. In the season 4 finale you see most of the orientation film. This clip provides a little more though then whats seen on the actual show...

9. Mysteries of the Universe the Dharma Initiative - 5 part "unsolved mysteries" type 1980's conspiracy theory show. Provides more info on Dharma. Creators did this because they were not going to dive much more into Dharma in the final season. It's on the season 5 dvd bonus features. If you watch online you need to select part 1.

10. Read The letter of Truce between Horace Goodspeed/Dharma and Richard Alpert/Island Natives. The front is Goodspeeds letter with Alperts notes. The back of the letter is Alperts changes. Here is the link...

11. Finally... Season 6!
